Toby Davies is a commercial food and beverage photographer based in Dubai. His work is built around the details that elevate good food photography into exceptional work. A subtle shadow, a hint of shine, the precise angle of light that makes a dish look desirable and real. Equally at home in a three-Michelin-star kitchen and on a major brand campaign set, he brings the same precision and intention to both.
Having been based in Dubai for eight years, Toby understands the pace of the region: fast-moving briefs, evolving ideas and the challenge of turning an initial vision into a final image. His role is to bridge that gap, listening carefully and translating what a client needs into photography that performs. He is known on set for being calm, efficient and easy to work with. Shoots stay focused, on schedule and on brief. Clients include Bulgari Resort, Four Seasons, Atlantis, Mandarin Oriental, Marriott, KFC, Pizza Hut, Al Baik, Talabat, Doritos and Costa, among others. Available for work across the GCC and internationally. Outside of work, he is usually training for his next triathlon.
